IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (LATAM) for a fully remote role. You will head the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery of study objectives with optimal speed, quality and cost following IQVIA SOPs.

This role requires strong English, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across global projects. You will mentor staff, shape monitoring strategy, manage study metrics, attend client meetings and keep study tools

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP.
Strong written and verbal English.
Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables as per protocol and SOPs.
Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk mitigation and regulatory considerations.
Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources.
Develop monitoring strategy and analytics for RBM and study plans.
Attend study team or client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
