IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery per contract, while optimizing speed, cost, and quality in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, managing resources, and developing analytics strategies for global studies, while mentoring staff and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site) with strong knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team andOversight on global projects per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs/Monitors/CTAs).
• Develop monitoring strategy and study analytics; support RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and coordinate study team/client meetings.
