IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remotely coordinating across Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil and beyond. You will guide the monitoring team, ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory standards, and optimize timelines and study quality.

Strong leadership and English skills are essential. Responsibilities include IP management, risk mitigation, monitoring strategy development, and collaboration with study teams and sponsors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Leadership experience in clinical monitoring or equivalent roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources and monitor study metrics and trends.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; contribute to analytics strategy.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide inputs for continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit readiness of tools and templates.
