IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote work options across Argentina and LATAM regions. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive analytics and process improvements across global projects.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and solid English communication. You will collaborate with project teams, manage IP, and mentor junior staff while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws) as applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Mentor or coach for junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team across global projects and ensure oversight per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study; manage project closeout.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analyses; implement action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and pursue advanced analytics initiatives.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams for process improvements and issue escalation.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools; ensure study quality and eTMF readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
