Sercanto srl is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM in a remote capacity. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple countries, including Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia.

You will drive analytics, risk assessment, and study governance while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience, remote or on-site.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Manage study/site metrics and escalate issues with action plans.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools in collaboration with the project team.
