S27A is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to guide the LATAM remote team and collaborate with study, project, and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost. The role requires oversight of global deliverables and RBM analytics, with coaching for junior staff and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct (ICH GCP) and local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global project deliverables.
• Partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
• Develop study analytics strategy and RBM tools, track metrics and trends.
• Support monitoring strategy, triggers, and study decision-making processes.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with SOPs and regulations.
