You will guide the centralized monitoring team across global projects, aligning with project and clinical leadership to meet contract objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects.
• Mentor for junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study analytics strategy and advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Ensure study tools/templates documentation and audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
