IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive oversight of global clinical studies from a remote LATAM location. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery, quality, and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs and industry regulations.

The role requires leading a team of CRAs and monitors, coordinating risk assessment, and advancing analytics capabilities. Strong English and communication skills are essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and ensure deliverables meet protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk mitigation, and regulatory considerations.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study and at project closeout.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members to improve performance.
• Develop and refine study analytics strategy and RBM tools; support client meetings and decisions.
