IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM remote engagements, partnering with project and clinical leads to drive delivery in line with contract scope and SOPs.

You will oversee global project monitoring, manage CRAs and staff, develop analytics strategies, and ensure study documentation compliance, including eTMF oversight. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for cross-country collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk identification and mitigation activities.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to the study and during project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, action plans and study alert triage.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and development of advanced analytics.
• Support development of monitoring strategy, triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings to align on priorities.
