IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive oversight of clinical deliverables across global projects in a remote LATAM setup. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

This senior role requires leading a cross-functional monitoring team, excellent English skills, and the ability to manage multiple studies across borders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Partner with project and clinical leads to meet protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and develop analytics strategies.
• Manage resources and study metrics, trends and action plans.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
