IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and other LATAM sites. The role partners with project leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The candidate will lead a team of CRAs and central monitors, manage site metrics, develop analytics strategies, and support monitoring plan development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP; local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks, and mitigations.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources.
• Develop analytics strategy and support monitoring strategy with triggers.
• Attend study team and client meetings and ensure study documentation readiness.
