IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, with remote work options across Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and beyond. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on sponsor contracts while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires leadership of a global monitoring team, oversight of trial deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local clinical research regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP handling and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, TCAs...).
• Develop analytics strategy and contribute to RBM tools and templates.
• Support monitoring strategy development, triggers, and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings and share trends with action plans.
