IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to ensure delivery of project objectives with sponsor satisfaction, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs. This fully remote role covers multiple LATAM sites including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, and more.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Mentoring or coaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global project deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs with risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/Monitors/CTAs) across projects.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for study monitoring.
• Support monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds and RBM inputs.
• Attend study team and client meetings to align on plans.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of tools and templates.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous process improvements.
