IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to oversee the global centralized monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery meets contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost. You will manage resources, monitor study metrics, mentor junior staff and contribute to analytics strategy, with strong English and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, manage IP for assigned studies and mitigation plans.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project close.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and monitoring staff.
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis, review action plans and ensure RBM compliance.
• Develop analytics strategy and contribute to advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy development with triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings and communicate with decision-makers.
• Contribute to study management plans and ensure proper documentation and eTMF oversight.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
