IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. The role partners with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery speed, quality and cost while complying with IQVIA SOPs.

The candidate will oversee a global team, manage resources, and contribute to analytics strategy. Requirements include 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, develop analytics strategies and RBM tools.
• Attend study team/client meetings and drive process improvements.
