IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in line with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication. You will mentor junior staff and influence cross-functional teams across multiple global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure RBM tools and templates are maintained.
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM analytics with the project team.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide input to decision makers.
