IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee the global centralized monitoring function across LATAM, working remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication. Candidates should manage multiple global projects and mentor junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop and apply RBM tools and study analytics strategies.
• Support monitoring strategy development and action planning.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
