Boart Longyear Ltd. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work flexibility. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, ensuring delivery of clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and sponsor expectations across global projects.

Responsibilities include managing study metrics, developing analytics strategies, supporting risk mitigation, and mentoring junior staff, while coordinating with project teams and client meetings to optimize speed, quality and cost.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and project plans.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management and regulatory duties as needed.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor and analyze study/site metrics, develop analytics strategies and monitor RBM tools.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide input to key decision makers.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF oversight; support process improvements.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
