Job summary

Encora Inc. seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a fully remote role. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, coordinating with project and clinical leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across global studies in compliance with IQVIA SOPs and regulations.

You will drive analytics, monitoring strategies, and RBM tool development, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring robust study documentation and risk mitigation across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple global projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage IPs and risks for assigned studies.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and Central Monitors.
• Monitor study metrics, develop analytics strategies and support monitoring strategy development.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide inputs for process improvements.
• Develop and use RBM tools and study management plans, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
