Job summary

Voxidea-Stafi is seeking a skilled Case Manager to handle Personal Injury and Immigration cases for fully remote US-based law firms. You will supervise client onboarding, keep comprehensive case records, manage deadlines, and coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and USCIS.

Strong English (C1+) and law background preferred. Ideal candidates have at least one year in PI/Immigration work, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of law firm experience in PI and immigration.
• Strong understanding of US PI and immigration procedures.
• Background in customer service and sales is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and maintain regular updates.
• Monitor case progress and document interactions.
• Manage calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers and USCIS.
