Bionic Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support US immigration and family-based law matters for a US-based law firm. The role requires hands-on experience with petitions, USCIS processes, and client correspondence to keep cases moving.

You'll work remotely, coordinating with attorneys, preparing filings, organizing documents, and tracking deadlines. Strong English communication, independence, and familiarity with Clio or Docketwise are a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years as US Immigration Paralegal with family-based cases.
• Experience with USCIS processes and documentation.
• Excellent English, strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or attorney background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review immigration petitions and supporting documents.
• Support family-based matters including petitions and consular processing.
• Collect and organize client documents and supporting evidence.
• Track deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements and RFEs.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and missing documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain organized case files and case management records.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely submissions.
