CookUnity is hiring a BizOps Associate/Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the organization. You’ll act as an internal consultant helping management set goals and drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Areas include Strategy, Planning, Operations, Finance, Business, Technology, Marketing, and Org Design. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making, with remote work options and strong emphasis on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience across functions like value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, ops, branding, GTM, or building leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design efficient solutions
• Corporate finance knowledge to build high-level business cases and prioritize initiatives
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work with people at all levels
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the execution of Chef Marketing initiatives, including measuring impact and calculating volume and charges
• Contribute to the design of new Chef Marketing tools and programs
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing chef performance metrics
• Track OKRs and support company-wide objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand, and Chef Ops
• Build and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor performance
• Provide ad hoc support for research, presentations, and strategy projects
