CookUnity is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead a small high-trust team and own the analytical strategy for growth and retention. You will manage analysts, align priorities with Growth, Marketing, and Product, and be the analytical partner senior stakeholders rely on for clarity.

This player-coach role blends hands-on data work on high-stakes questions with team development, in a remote-friendly environment with a strong impact on business decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics with impact on decisions
• 2+ years leading analysts or mentoring a team
• Advanced SQL and fluency with BI tools (Looker/Tableau) and modern data stack
• Strong experimentation and causal-thinking background (A/B tests, holdouts)
• Experience in consumer, subscription, or marketplace businesses
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Player-coach mindset with hands-on problem solving

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Business Analytics team, set priorities, unblock work, and coach analysts
• Own stakeholder management across Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops
• Design and read out experiments; ensure rigorous measurement and actionable decisions
• Own forecasting and goal-setting aligned with leadership targets
• Uphold analytical quality through peer-review and executive-level sign-off
• Establish best practices for reproducibility and effective insight communication
• Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering to ensure data, tooling, and models meet needs
