Ryzlabs is looking for a Billing & Refunds Coordinator to handle financial operations and customer experience. This role involves managing collections, processing refunds, and supporting sellers and customers with financial inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in finance-related roles. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are crucial for this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Bookkeeping, or Customer Support.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Address Customer Experience support tickets related to payments and refunds.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with cash receipt applications.
• Prepare daily/monthly journal entries in the ERP system.
• Process Sales Team Requests and other payment issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable and receivable workflows.
