RYZ Labs, a Nashville-adjacent finance operation with teams across US and LatAm, seeks anAccounting/AR Analyst based in Argentina. You’ll manage high-volume AR, chase collections with US customers and insurers, and assist with billing, payroll, and month-end close.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and cross-training in AR and AP for career growth. You’ll work a shifted schedule overlapping US Central Time and collaborate with Nashville leadership to support monthly closes and cash flow

Formación

• 2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or AR/AP with invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Direct collections experience with US-based customers or insurers preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English for daily calls.
• Willingness to work overlapping US Central Time hours.
• Strong accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in Excel; interest in AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own AR aging and drive resolution for aged receivables.
• Handle collections calls and correspondence with US customers and insurers.
• Post payments, code invoices, and manage cash applications.
• Support payroll and month-end close activities.
• Cross-train in AP and AR to cover the full cycle.
