Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. This 100% remote role focuses on helping contractors with permit filings, account management, and platform usage.

You will use critical thinking to resolve issues beyond standard playbooks and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of phone-based customer service, full English fluency, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit filings, account setup, and billing.
• Use critical thinking to determine solutions when processes don’t fit standard playbooks.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Log interactions in the CRM and maintain knowledge of platform workflows.
