Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. to hire a Customer Support Representative for a 100% remote role.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling permit filings, account setup, and platform usage, primarily by phone, with a focus on problem-solving and ownership. The role requires at least two years of English-speaking customer service experience, full fluency in English, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment, conducted in English.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume and customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product and operations teams.
