You will support attorneys and paralegals, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling and reminders to keep clients engaged. Strong communication and empathy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to helping immigrants secure a future in the United States through asylum.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable using both languages professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals.
• Return calls and emails from clients and potential clients; provide status updates.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met and information is collected.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and reminders, ensuring client engagement.
• Contribute to development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
