VeloceTalent is seeking a Junior Business Developer (Full Cycle) who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join a fast-growing AI startup. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging decision-makers across mid-market companies in a fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in business development or related roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hunter mindset. Experience with AI tools is highly valued in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, BDR, Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent organization and pipeline management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Identify and prospect qualified mid-market companies.
• Reach out to Operations Leaders, Finance Directors, Founders, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and opportunities.
