AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL development, Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor, plus data warehousing knowledge and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. Flexible, remote-friendly environment with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
