Web Tonic is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role in performance marketing focused on universities and nonprofits. You will own day-to-day partner success, onboarding new accounts, and leading campaigns across SEO, social, and paid media while coordinating with an Account Director.

You'll work US Central hours, be paid in USD, and enjoy unlimited PTO, growing scope as the agency expands.

Formación

• 5+ years of current, hands-on digital marketing for clients, at an agency or your own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools, plus something you've built with them
• Near-native English for client calls and updates
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and locations
• Brand and copy judgment you can defend
• Comfort working with minimal oversight

Responsabilidades

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, with clear, proactive communication.
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and document scope.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Align creative, media, and analytics teams for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing and enrollments.
• Identify retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities and support proposals.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
