Job summary

Web Tonic is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You’ll own partner relationships from onboarding through ongoing optimization, writing brand messaging and managing SEO, social, and paid media.

You’ll join a mission-driven agency that values ownership, proactive communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at an agency or own practice
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools, plus something built with them
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites/tracking live in ~2 weeks
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates in Claude and edit
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used weekly
• Join client calls across time zones
