Job summary

Web Tonic™ is seeking a hands-on Account Manager for a fully remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. You will own partner relationships end-to-end, write brand messaging in Claude, and directly run SEO, social, and paid media with conversion tracking.

You’ll coordinate multi-location campaigns, ensure timelines and budgets, and provide clear reporting to drive enrollments, inquiries, and applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner success, campaigns, and deliverables
• Onboard new partners and maintain proactive check-ins
• Translate partner needs into clear internal direction and scope
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end across channels and locations
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
• Support onboarding and new business activities as needed
