Job summary

Padsplit, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own client accounts end-to-end—from onboarding and branding to SEO, social, and paid media—with daily Claude-driven workflow creation and direct client communications.

Required: 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing, strong conversion-tracking knowledge, and near-native English. You will work across multiple locations, aligning budget with performance and reporting results in US

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or own practice.
Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
Daily use of Claude and the tools that connect to it, plus something you've built with them.
Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
Experience running several client accounts at once, often with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live within two weeks.
Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes.
Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
Manage SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
Structure multi-location accounts so location metrics are clear and compare cost per booked appointment.
Automate repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
