Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to build and own automated test coverage for desktop and mobile apps, while performing manual and exploratory testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD with emphasis on reliability and fast feedback, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers on testability and acceptance criteria.

The role requires 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO/Appium, and familiarity with AI tools in QA.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
