Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual testing for high‑value fintech features. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and help maintain fast, reliable test coverage across platforms.

You will investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria. Strong AI tools experience in QA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience building and maintaining regression suites.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in workflows.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation.
• Execute manual and automated testing to validate features.
• Run diverse test types (smoke, regression, performance).
• Document test results with clear pass/fail criteria.
• Identify risks and raise quality-related issues early.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to test strategy with product and QA teammates.
