Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust regression tests, integrate with CI/CD, investigate failures, and work with developers to improve testability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual/exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for core app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance, and other tests.
• Document feature behavior and test results clearly.
• Identify risks to quality and communicate them to the team.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to ensure testability across SDLC.
