Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, or sourcing tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Remote work discipline and accountability in a country setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hires.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification of candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks in talent acquisition.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Document recruitment activities with strong attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate accountability while working remotely.
