Job summary

Félix is seeking a Product & Retention Analytics Manager to drive analytics across chat, retention, AI, and operations. You will map drivers across the customer journey, identify friction points, and translate data into actionable product improvements that improve conversion and retention.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, establish an analytical roadmap, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth, and Fintech teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives and experiments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics agenda across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor funnel performance and retention.
• Develop a data-driven roadmap and translate insights into product actions and experiments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team and partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations, AI, and Leadership.
