Félix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to steer a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. The role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, and Customer Experience, translating data into actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and efficiency.

It will be 40% hands-on and 60% stakeholder-facing, raising the analytical bar across the organization. You will own analytics strategy, build dashboards, and partner with Product, Operations, Growth, and Fintech

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Data Science, Analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation is a plus.
