Job summary

Félix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our analytics team and guide a multidisciplinary group across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. This role blends hands-on analysis (40%) with close collaboration with stakeholders (60%) to raise the analytical bar and drive measurable business impact.

You will translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and shape data-driven strategies across the customer lifecycle, product, and operations in a fully remote, fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to move beyond reporting to understand why metrics move and what actions can influence them.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity—you enjoy getting into how the business actually works.

• Lead and develop a team of highly analytical data professionals.
• Establish a clear analytical roadmap aligned with company and product priorities.
• Deeply understand the business and map KPIs, drivers, and relationships across the customer lifecycle.
• Investigate ambiguous business problems and turn them into structured analytical questions.
• Raise the quality, speed, and impact of analytical work across the team.
• Create scalable frameworks, dashboards, and tools to enable stakeholders to answer questions independently.
