Félix is seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Product & Retention Analytics Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of Data, Product, and Customer Experience, turning data into actions that improve conversion and retention.

The candidate will raise the analytical bar, partner with stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decisions and experiments.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of analytical data professionals.
• Establish an analytical roadmap aligned with product priorities.
• Map KPIs and drivers across the customer lifecycle and translate data into actions.
• Drive structured problem solving and actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Create scalable dashboards and analytical tools to enable self-serve insights.
