Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, seeks an AI Solutions Architect in Argentina to lead strategic AI initiatives and the end-to-end development of agent-based solutions. You will collaborate with enterprise leaders, engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in AI engineering or related fields, a strong consulting background, and fluency in English (C1).

• Must have 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field is required.
• English level: C1 Advanced.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.
• Track record delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Agent Development Lifecycle: Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.
• Workflow & Architecture Design: Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Production Iteration: Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.
• Innovation Opportunities: Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.

• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools .
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom .
• Consulting or advisory experience in enterprise technology strategy.
• Preferred working hours aligned with EST-PT US time zones .
