Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to lead automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions), investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability.
Requirements include 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and experience testing Electron/React Native apps on iOS/Android devices. Remote-first team with USD-based compensation.

- 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
- Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Strong experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
- Experience testing Electron and React Native apps on real devices.

- Build and maintain regression automation for desktop and mobile apps.
- Execute manual testing, smoke, regression, and exploratory tests.
