Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automation and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and AI QA tools is highly valued. We value hands-on testing across Electron/React Native apps, real device testing, and a strong focus on reliability.

Formación

• 3+ years in a software quality assurance role (must have QA experience).
• 3+ years of automated testing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of holistic quality and risk awareness.
• Gherkin experience for behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Agentic QA skills focused on quality engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts supporting app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests and more.
• Document feature behavior in detail for traceability.
• Record pass/fail criteria and map failures to bugs.
• Identify risks to product quality and process quality.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Work with customer teams to incorporate user feedback into testing.
• Participate in refinement and estimations for planning.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and run tests.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
