Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on Account Manager to own client work from onboarding to ongoing optimization for multi-location clients in medical aesthetics and related sectors. You will draft brand messaging in Claude, run SEO, social, and paid media, and build Claude-based workflows.

You structure accounts by location, track conversions, and manage calls across time zones. This fully remote LATAM contract role offers USD pay, unlimited PTO, and growth as the agency scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current, hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; ability to build with Claude.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, often across locations.
• Strong brand and copy judgment with clear, defendable rationale.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location numbers read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows for ongoing use.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
