Job summary

Atomic Hr is hiring an Account Manager for a remote performance‑marketing role serving universities and nonprofit partners. You will own day‑to‑day partner success, manage campaigns end‑to‑end, and write and refine brand messaging with Claude, while coordinating with creative, paid media, and analytics teams.

This is a fully remote, USD‑paid contractor role aligned to US Central time, with growth as the agency expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience at an agency or independent practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and the tools that connect to it, plus a project or workflow you built.
• Near‑native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience running several client accounts simultaneously, across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day‑to‑day contact for assigned partners, with proactive, partner‑first communication.
• Run partner check‑ins with strong agendas, notes, and follow‑through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and track scope and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface actionable insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing and enrollments.
• Support onboarding and new business activities to help partnerships start strong.
