Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end campaigns for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will own client relationships, audit accounts, and drive incremental growth across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages, defend your decisions, and communicate results directly to clients. This role offers global remote work with US East hours for calls.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Experience across Search, Shopping, YouTube and PMax.
• Fluent English communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand efforts as separate strands of growth.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and optimize accordingly.
• Own feed hygiene and Shopping/PMax impact from Merchant Center.
• Build landing pages and automation to remove bottlenecks.
