Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including client communications and strategic attribution decisions. This remote role requires taking calls during US Eastern hours and delivering transparent, result-driven growth.

You will audit, optimize across all channels, and own the feed, tracking, and landing pages to drive incremental growth for eCommerce brands.

Formación

• Hands on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them.
• You are fluent in English at native or near-native level, with strong communication for client-facing work.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client’s direct contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit before you touch anything: real review of structure, terms, bidding, and tracking; Loom walkthrough to the client.
