Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to manage end-to-end client accounts remotely. You will act as the direct point of contact, owning results, strategy, and communications with clients across US hours.

The role demands ownership, strong analytics, and a hands-on approach to PPC across platforms. You will lead audits, optimize campaigns, and build landing pages and scripts as needed.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and trackable results.
• Proficient across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube.
• Native or near-native English for client-facing work.
• Skeptical of numbers; comfortable with holdouts and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching them: campaigns, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately; report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google's automation in check by auditing auto features.
• Own the product feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, enhanced conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the fixes: landing pages, scripts, reporting.
• Build the assets the account needs and ship them using modern tools.
